SivarJobs ("we", "us", "our") is El Salvador's leading job platform dedicated to connecting talented call center professionals with top employers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.
By using SivarJobs, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you don't agree with any part of this policy, please don't use our platform.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account and use SivarJobs, you voluntarily provide us with:

- •Professional Profile: Work experience, education history, skills, certifications, English proficiency, availability, and salary expectations
- •Application Materials: Resumes (CVs), cover letters, certificates, and other documents you upload
- •Voice Verification: Audio recordings from our English proficiency voice assessments - these help prove your language skills to employers
- •Assessment Results: Your responses to psychological assessments and English proficiency tests
- •Communications: Messages with employers, support tickets, and feedback you send us
- •Payment Information: Billing details for verification fees and subscriptions (processed securely - we don't store full card numbers)
- •For Employers: Company name, industry, company size, job postings, and hiring preferences
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use SivarJobs, we automatically collect:

With Employers (When You Apply)
When you apply to a job, the employer sees:

⚠️ Important: Third-Party Services
We share your data with service providers who help us run SivarJobs:
🤖 AI Services (OpenAI, Google AI)
We use OpenAI GPT-4 Vision to automatically parse your resume and extract your work experience, skills, and education. When you upload your resume, it's sent to OpenAI's servers for processing.
Your voice recordings are also analyzed by AI to assess English proficiency. Your data may be used by OpenAI to train their models.
📅 Google Services (Calendar, OAuth, Meet)
We use Google Calendar API to schedule interviews. We only access your calendar with your permission and NEVER use calendar data for AI training, marketing, or matching algorithms.

📧 Email Services (Mailerlite, SendGrid)
Your email address is stored in Mailerlite for newsletter campaigns and marketing communications.
☁️ Hosting (Vercel, AWS, Railway)
Your data is stored on cloud servers globally for performance and reliability.
📊 Analytics Providers (Google, Microsoft)
As detailed in Section 2.3, we share usage data with:
